Armando, Sandrine and Venturino live on the edge of the Alps, suspended above 3,000 metres, where the air is thin and fatigue doubles. Here, climbing the peaks is a challenge; living here is a choice. They are the guardians of a world that is struggling to resist as climate change erodes it.
